I finally cracked the code for new necklace ideas - I was beginning to wonder if I had it in me. I know it sounds easy but once you have an idea, you have to execute it. Hence the issue. Anyway, Here are some of my new earring and necklaces that are now available. Hope you like them.

Back in Business!
I am again able to update my show schedule. All the shows currently on there are up to date. Going to be busy from now until the end of the year. I will also be in the YES Store in downtown Santa Barbara again this year, won't know the location or exact opening date until October. I am also very happy to announce that Z-Folio has opened a gallery on State Street and that I am a part of it. So if you are in the Santa Barbara area, stop on by. Leaving tomorrow early for the ACRE Northeast wholesale in New Jersey. It's the first show in that area so I'm excited to be doing it. Thanks for checking in and thank you so much for all your support.

My show schedule doesn't seem to want to allow me to make changes so here is my schedule as I know it.
First, I have decided to leave the Santa Barbara Arts and Crafts show. If you are in the area and would like to see what's new, call or email me and I'd be happy to arrange a showing for you.
November 7 - December 24, The YES Store, State Street, Santa Barbara. Open 7 days a week. Fabulous store with all handmade items, great for your gift shopping.
November 1, 2 & 3, Contemporary Crafts Market, Pasadena Convention Center, Pasadena CA. Fri-Sat 10-6, Sun 10-5. Booth 532
December 6-8, Tempe Festival of the Arts, Main Street area, Tempe AZ. Fri - Sun, 10-5:30. Booth 1314
January 25-27, ACRE Orlando, Orlando Convention Center, Orlando, FL.
Thanks for all your support. It means a lot. C

I have been experimenting with some new bead shapes and also
working hard on some new bracelet lines in the past few months. There is a new bead shape coming out in
February (I read about it today) that is really exciting and I can’t wait to
get my hands on. I have also introduced
earrings for several of my lines: peyote, right angle weave and wafer. It has been interesting and it is amazing to
me how light they are. Very wearable.
I am also taking a break from the Sunday Santa Barbara Arts and
Crafts show, from January 1 through June 30.
I will be doing shows around the country (hopefully including Bellevue
WA, Jackson Hole WY and Chicago IL) and can’t do a show every weekend and keep
stock up.
I am continuing with the ACRE wholesale shows this year in
Orlando (in 2 weeks) and Las Vegas in April.
If you are a wholesale buyer, you might want to consider visiting one or
both of these shows. They are smaller
than New York or Philly but the work is amazing, all handcrafted.
If you need anything during my hiatus from the beach, just
email or call me. And remember, repairs
and alterations are always free. Here
are a couple of pictures from my “Charmed” series – great fun creating my
version of charm bracelets. And as
always, thanks for your support

Well, in Paris now for a few days and have found some really great beads. Some will be for one-of-kind bracelets only, as they are not plentiful. However, I did find some Czech glass beads that are wonderful and I was able to secure a number of them (at no small price).
Once I figure out how to post a photo, I'll show you the small shop I found in the Paris Flea Market at Clignencourt, an amazing place. Very old beads (those would be the one-of-a-kind beads). I hope to play with them prior to returning home.
As always, thanks for your support.

Been a while since my last blog. The show schedule is beginning to heat up, with the first out of town show in just a few weeks. I hope that if you are in the area that you will swing by and say hi. I've been experimenting with new beads and designs and am interested to see what you think. I'll be posting pictures (after I take them) and would love any feedback. There are some new 2-holed beads out on the market and they are interesting, both in devising ways to weave them as well as texture and colors. While they all have 2 holes, they are vastly different in size, shape and texture, so the same weave is yielding very different results.
Also, I have gotten some new colors for the peyote bracelets, perfect for the summer (I say spring is gone) and have been experimenting with using other materials for right angle weave pieces. No wonder I haven't had time to write!
Pictures coming soon and thanks for your support.

Thanks for coming out!
Welcome to CEH Creations blog. I wanted to thank all of you for coming out in the rain and wind to the Contemporary Crafts Market in Santa Monica last weekend. I about froze on Friday and then again on Sunday (3 pairs of socks does NOT help when you get wet feet) but it was a great show as usual thanks to our promoter. We will be back in Santa Monica in June 2012 (let me know if you want a postcard) and at least then I feel pretty confident that rain will not be an issue. The next big show is in December in Tempe AZ. If anyone has any tips on good dining spots for a weary beader, let me know. If you are going to be in the area, please stop by.
